Another petition being WPA 104 of 2022 was filed at that stage which came up for consideration and this Court had passed the interim order dated 10.03.2022, as a result of which the order dated 03.03.2022 was not given effect.

Learned Advocate General has informed that meanwhile the examinations are over.

In the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the view that nothing survives in this petition. In case, if the State

WPA(P) 111 of 2022 authorities issue any similar order in future, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. The petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous on the aforesaid observations.
