It appears from the record that this is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973 against the impugned order dated 23.11.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Diamond Harbour, South 24-Parganas in M-Case No. 96 of 2008 (TR No. 621 of 2008) thereby the learned Court below awarded maintenance at the rate of Rs.

1,200/- per month to the minor son of the opposite party from the date of filing of this case that is from 3.7.2008.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revision being CRR 563 of 2017 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
