Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor files the affidavit-of-compliance wherefrom it appears that an inspection was conducted and it was revealed that the private respondent did not take any permission from the Gram Panchayat for construction of the wall.

Copy of the affidavit-of-compliance has been served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in Court today.

As it appears that the Panchayat has detected unauthorized construction, accordingly, the Panchayat is directed to forward the documents of the said proceeding before the Sub-Divisional Officer for taking necessary consequential steps in the matter.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to follow up the matter with the concerned authority.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
