Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the original application is pending for a considerable long period of time. Learned Junior Standing Counsel for the State submits that the O.A. is fixed for hearing on August 4, 2023.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, in our view the interest of justice will be subserved by requesting the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of the O.A. 2467 of 2021 on August 4, 2023 and if not possible within six weeks thereafter. Learned Tribunal is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. WPLRT 30 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
