1. None appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for.

2. Upon perusal of the records, it appears that earlier two occasions i.e. on 13.02.2024 and 20.03.2024 when the revisional application was called, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and no accommodation has also been sought for on behalf of the petitioners.

3. The case pertains to the year 2017.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2017 and no one represented for the petitioners, it seems that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

5. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 567 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default.

6. Connected application, if any, is also disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Let the Registry be communicated of this order to the learned Court below for information.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties after observing all legal formalities.
