The petitioners claim to be the biological parents of a twenty months' old girl child who is currently in the custody of the Chief Welfare Committee, Murshidabad.

3.

The petitioners intend to take back the child from the Committee.

4.

The Committee has requested the petitioner no. 1 to produce documents in support of parentage of the child.

5.

It will be open for the petitioners to produce necessary documents in support of their parentage. Only upon being completely satisfied with regard to parentage, the Committee shall take necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
