Sri Gunari Singh The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for.

In spite of giving several opportunities to the appellants to remove the defects as reported by the stamp reporter on November 1, 2007, the appellant has not taken any initiative to cure such defect. The appellant continued to go unrepresented since July 7, 2021.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for noncompliance of various orders, including our order dated January 4, 2022.

There will be no order as to costs.
