& Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta Mr. Sutirtha Nayek .......For the Petitioner Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ......For the Board In this contempt application the grievance of the petitioner is that despite order passed by this court, he has not been given appointment. Copy of the contempt application has already been served upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. I grant another opportunity to the Board to comply with the court's order, otherwise the court will take appropriate steps against all concerned who have violated the court's order.

This order has been passed in presence of the learned advocate for the Board. The gist of the order is to be communicated to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The Board will take action by three weeks for compliance with the court's order. List this matter on 10th January, 2023.
