And In Re : Rafikul Mia @ Rafik @ Sariful Islam ...... petitioner Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ...for the petitioner Mr. Angshuman Chakraborty ...for the State Warrant of proclamation and attachment process were executed as against the petitioner.

Police case is fixed for the purpose of framing of charge against the co-accused before the Jurisdictional Court. Materials in the case diary suggest complicity of the petitioner in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
