1) Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2) Petitioner is aggrieved since entire money which she has lost in cyber crime is yet to be recovered. Petitioner prays for necessary direction for recovery of entire amount which she has lost.

3) However, from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and State respondents it appears that thirty-nine lakhs and odd was recovered and paid to the petitioner.

4) On behalf of State respondents one communication dated 4th March, 2026 of Inspector of Police of Cyber Crime Police Station, Bidhannagar Police

Commissionerate is placed before this Court and same is taken on record.

5) On perusal of said communication dated 4th March, 2026, it appears that on concluding substantial investigation charge-sheet was filed on 30th September, 2024 being Charge Sheet No. 119/24 under sections 419/420/406/468/120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is also stated in the communication that provision is there for submission of supplementary charge-sheet upon further collection of evidence.

6) In view of filing of charge-sheet on completing investigation, Court finds at this stage no further order need be passed in this writ petition save and except Court expresses hope that soon criminal proceeding to be taken to its logical conclusion.

7) Writ petition stands disposed of.

8) There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

9) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
