None appears for the appellant. No accommodation is sought for. Even when the case was heard on 28.02.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Report was filed in the year 2012 for ensuring that the autorickshaws strictly comply with the rules specified in their permits. Since the petitioner has not been appearing, it is presumed that the cause of action does not any longer survive.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities by way of a fresh representation, if any occasion arises to do so.
