AGP Mr. Tarak Karan ....for the State-respondent Mr. Subhash Chandra Dutta, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since there is formal defect in the writ petition he shall withdraw the same. The petitioner has been advised to withdraw the same and to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. Mr. Tarak Karan, learned State advocate led by Mr. Ashim Kumar Ganguly, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the state.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 4976 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on the self-same cause-of-action.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
