investigating authorities since the report do not specify the next date so fixed.

Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner would be at liberty to pray for the documents collected by the investigating agency in course of the investigation before the learned CJM, Calcutta. The learned CJM, Calcutta after supply of copies would allow the petitioner, if so advised, to prefer an application either under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. or under Section 193(9) of the BNSS.

If such an application is preferred, the learned CJM, Calcutta will put in efforts to dispose of the same within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4776 of 2023 is disposed of.
