The petitioner claims to have applied for transfer on the Utsashree Portal on 22nd September, 2021, and the same has not been considered till date.

In that view of the matter, the Headmistress, Chhota Andulia Anchalik Vidyapith, Nadia, shall take immediate steps to deal with the petitioner's application in accordance with the Rules of 2015 (as amended), within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
