Perused the office reports dated 09.02.2023/ 14.02.2023, 16.01.2013, the Hon'ble Court's order dated 18.01.2013.

It appears form the aforesaid that postal cost, correct postal address and written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the sole respondent by registered post with A/D have not yet been put in by the Learned Advocate for the sole appellant.

The department has placed the matter before the Lawazima Court soliciting formal order pursuant to the order dated 18.01.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Court as regards:

"As prayed for by Mr. Jiban Ratan Chatterjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellant, requisites under report be put in by four weeks. In default, the appeal shall stand dismissed." In view of the aforesaid, the instant appeal stands dismissed.
