The legality and propriety of the Memos dated February 03, 2023 and February 22, 2023 whereby the petitioner has been transferred on deputation to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Residential School, Bagdah, North 24Parganas from her present school Shibapada Halder Smriti Vidyapith Junior High School, Bongaon, District North 24-Parganas is under challenge in the present writ petition.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned Senior Government Advocate files a photocopy of the instruction which he has received from the Commissioner-in-Charge of School Education, West Bengal, it appears from the said instruction that the impugned Memos have been revoked, let such instruction be kept with the record. In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. 4784 of 2023 is thus disposed of, without any order as to costs.
