The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties have been duly served. However, none appears for the opposite parties.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the first defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Jhargram to dispose of Title Suit No. 13 of 2018 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that May 20, 2023 was fixed for service returns upon some of the defendants. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in the meantime steps have been taken for effecting service upon the rest of the defendants and the

service of summons have been effected and the suit is otherwise ready for hearing.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 740 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Jhargram to dispose of the interlocutory application as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory application, the learned trial Judge is requested to take up the hearing of the suit, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
