The petitioner is complaining inaction of the rent controller appointed under West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997. The said Act being specified Act under the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997 under Section 6(b) thereof the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal only has the jurisdiction to entertain the grievance of the petitioner.

C.O. 426 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.

There shall be no order for costs.
