The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his complaints dated 15.12.2024 and 18.12.2024 were not considered by the police authorities.

The contents of the said information furnished with the police authorities were that he was physically assaulted as he resisted the obstruction created by the private respondents when the CESC authorities were conducting the

investigation pursuant to the directions of this Hon'ble Court.

Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that the allegations complained of have no factual foundation.

In view of the passage of time which has elapsed as also the fact that the police authorities till date have not taken any step, the petitioner, if so advised, would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate by invoking the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4852 of 2025 is disposed of.
