report has been filed by the S.D.P.O., Gangarampur, Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur showing that the petitioner has refunded the overdrawn salary of Rs.49,625/-. Let the report be kept with the record. In that view of the matter, considering that similarly circumstanced accused persons who had refunded the overdrawn salary amount were granted anticipatory bail, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioner. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer of the concerned police station and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure until further orders and on further condition that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Banshihari Police Station

until further orders. The petitioner shall also furnish the address where he will be residing to the Investigating Officer.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 2105 of 2021 is, thus, allowed.
