Mr. Mandal, learned Counsel for the appellant submits that in view of Clause 3 of West Bengal Public Distribution System (Maintenance and Control) Order, 2013 the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal with liberty for his father Sk. Ahammed Hosein to apply for the captioned 'M. R. Dealership under compassionate ground'.

Without commenting on merit, we allow withdrawal of appeal with the aforesaid liberty to Sk. Ahammed Hosein.

Accordingly, the appeal being FMA 887 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn and the interim application being CAN 1 of 2022 is also disposed of. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
