The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that, during pendency of the application, all the petitioners were arrested. As such, the petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the State also acknowledges such submission of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, this application for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as infructuous.
