Re : An application under Section 401 read with S.482 of the Cr.P.C. The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings being NGR No. 130 of 2020 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. .

Records reflects that the issue related to the present petitioner abusing his wife over family matters and the police authorities somehow tackled the problem and thereafter lodged GDE entries being G.D.E Nos. 1130, 1134 & 1150 dated 21.02.2021. On submission of the police report under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the learned Executive Magistrate, Bidhannagar was pleased to issue notice.

Records of the revisional application also reflect that there was only direction of service without any interim order. No information has been sent before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate, Bidhannagar in connection with the said case.

Having regard to the same, no interference can be made at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 533 of 2021 is dismissed.
