Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that all other co-accuseds were granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the husband. There are allegations under Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code against the husband.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1275 of 2022, is rejected.
