The injury suffered was grievous hurt in nature. Moreover the case diary suggests that crude bombs were hurled.

State and the de facto complainant are represented. Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 898 of 2023 is dismissed.
