.......Petitioners Mr. Younush Mondal ...for the Petitioners The petitioners have assailed the order dated February 06, 2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, North 24-Parganas at Barasat in S.C.No. 264 of 2023 directing issuance of warrant of arrest against them.

It appears that the petitioners were on bail and failed to appear before the learned Sessions Judge on several occasions for which warrant of arrest was issued against them by the order impugned. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge within a fortnight from date. If the petitioners surrender before the learned Sessions Judge within a fortnight from date, they shall be allowed to remain on the same bond.

In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge within the stipulated time frame, the learned Sessions Judge shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The warrant of arrest issued vide order dated February 06, 2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, North 24-Parganas at Barasat in S.C.No. 264 of 2023 be stayed till March 25, 2025.

CRR No. 976 of 2025 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
