As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to add the left out parties in the cause title of this civil revisional application, here and now. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah to dispose of Ejectment Suit No. 115 of 2010 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge. From the order-sheet appended to this civil revisional application this Court finds that the

application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 is still pending and 17th January, 2025 was the date fixed for hearing of such application.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the application under Section 7(2) of the said Act was adjourned to 9th April, 2025.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 742 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah to take up the hearing of the application under Section 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably by the end of May, 2025 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
