The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Tehatta Police Station in recovering a minor girl, allegedly kidnapped by the private respondents. Tehatta Police have conducted raids on three place, and have recovered the victim girl. The accused have been arrested and produced before the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Transit remand has been obtained. Accused shall be produced in the local court soon.

In view of the above, this Court sees that there is absolutely no inaction on the part of the police. Tehatta Police have acted promptly in the matter. The report of the Tehatta Police is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
