We have considered the materials on record. 102.059 kilograms of ganja was recovered from a vehicle. The petitioner was involved in the transportation of narcotics. Bank transactions between the petitioner and coaccused have come to light during investigation. Trial has already commenced and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
