On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that by the representation dated 25.05.2022, the petitioner has prayed for consideration of his postretirement dues. Three long years have passed but the said representation has not been considered.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the concerned P.F. authorities shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 25.05.2022, within a period of 60 days from the date of this order.
In case a copy of the representation is not available with the authority concerned, the petitioner
is at liberty to file a copy of the application at page 50 of the writ application to the concerned authority who shall decide the issue expeditiously on hearing the concerned parties in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.
Petitioner is at liberty to communicate the sever copy of this order to the concerned authority. The writ application is disposed of.
Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
