The petitioner is one of the three accused persons. The allegation is that the petitioner, in conspiracy with her husband and husband's friend, engaged sharp shooters to kill the petitioner's parents so that the petitioner could lay her hands on the properties of her parents.

We are told that the charges have been framed. The petitioner says that she is in custody for about 11 months. She has a 4 months old baby who needs mother's care.

State says that the petitioner was offered to keep the baby with her in the correctional home, but she refused.

Considering the nature and gravity of the offence that the petitioner has been charged with, although charges may have been framed, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer at this stage. Accordingly, CRM 2109 of 2021 is dismissed.

However, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and bring the same to its logical conclusion as soon as the business of the Court may permit.
