(Via Video Conference) The appellant is not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. We have considered the report filed by the Assistant Registrar-II dated 10th December, 2021 showing noncompliance of the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021. In spite of giving repeated opportunities to put in Talabana along with written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the respondent Nos.1 to 4 & 6, no attempt has been made by the appellant to put in the requisites. We made it clear in the earlier order dated 15th November, 2021 that in the event defects are not cured within three weeks from the date of receipt of notice, the appeal is likely to be dismissed for non-compliance of the aforesaid order.

Accordingly, the appeal, being FA 299 of 2009, stands dismissed.

All interim orders stand vacated.

L.C.R., if had arrived in the meantime, shall be immediately sent back to the Lower Court along with a copy of this order.

The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) must ensure the compliance of this order.
