The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 12.1. 2011 passed by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate, Second Court Berhampore in connection with case no. M.R. 125/2006.

I find that the order was passed by the learned Magistratre on 12.1.2011 keeping in mind the background of the case and the conduct of the present petitioner before the learned Trial Court.

Having regard to the reasons assigned by the learned Magistrate I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 634 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending connection applications, if any, are consequently disposed of Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
