Ismail ... for the State-respondent(s) Mr. Mazhar Hossain Chowdhury ... for the defacto -complainant(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 8th October, 2025 and has been falsely implicated because of the previous animosity. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present and opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and has drawn the attention of the court to the statement of the victim as well as the other attending witnesses.

I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and I direct that the petitioner would be released on bail by the learned Special Court after the

evidence of the victim is complete on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Court deems fit for ensuring further appearance of the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 601 of 2026 is disposed of.
