1. Challenging the action taken by the concerned bank, the secured creditor in recovery of dues under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

2. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, however, without any order as to costs.
