It is submitted petitioner is unable to arrange for local surety. As a result, he is still in custody.

Under such circumstances, we direct the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/ with two registered sureties to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24-Paraganas.
