On receipt of the information given by Mr. Ray, learned Advocate for the State-respondents, that the application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 dated July 9, 2019 will be disposed by the State Public Information Officer (SPIO), Directorate of Economic Offences, West Bengal, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Directorate of Economic Offences, West Bengal shall ensure that the SPIO, Directorate of Economic Offences shall supply the information to the petitioner No.1, in accordance with law, on the basis of the application dated July 9, 2019 within a

period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
