For the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 4.2. 2011 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Tract 1st Court, Haldia in connection with case no.384 of 2008 arising out of Mahisadal Police Station case no 40 of 2007 dated 22.5.2007.

None appears on behalf of either of the parties. Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate is directed to appear before this court and assist the State. The revision application is pending for more than ten years and till date the same has not been admitted.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Sessions court to proceed against the petitioner as recorded in the order dated 4.2.2011 the same is found cogent and reasonable. As such no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 642 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending connection applications, if any, are consequently disposed of Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
