Record of this revisional application reflects that evidence of five witnesses has already been completed and the next date has been fixed on 31st December, 2021 for evidence of CSWs 7 & 8.

Having regard to the advanced stage of the trial, I am of the view that no interference is required so far as the present case is concerned.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 646 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
