1. This review application has been filed to review the order and direction dated 16.10.2023 in WPA(P) 83 of 2023.

2. We have perused the order and we find that only direction given was to the concerned authority to complete the proceedings already initiated under Section 4(C)(v) of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 after notice to all the respondents including the review applicants who were heard in the matter when the writ petition was disposed of.

3. Thus, we find that there is no error apparent on the face of the order or to exercise the review jurisdiction.

4. It will open to the review applicants to raise all issues before the concerned authority in pursuance to the proceedings initiated under the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.

5. In view of the above, the review application stands dismissed.
