Record of this revisional application reflects that on 24.10.2011 charge was framed by the learned trial court and the next date has been fixed on 10th February, 2011 for evidence of CSW 5.

Having regard to the progress of the trial, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 647 of 2011 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
