The present revisional application was preferred in respect of the order dated 21-02-2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, First Court, Sadar, Hooghly in M.P. Case No.227 of 2011 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having considered the time constraints which have been incorporated in the proceedings under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous. As such, CRR 648 of 2011 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
