Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son has been granted permission for raising construction under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The said beneficiary is not a party to the writ petition. On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
