Police filed charge sheet in October 2022. Petitioners were aware of the pendency of the police case and did not approach the Court.

In view of the process for issuance of the Warrant of Arrest initiated and considering the long absconsion of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
