Petitioner is aggrieved by that the fact that his mango orchard is being encroached by the private respondents. It has also been submitted that the private respondents have not only been trying to use the said orchard as a graveyard but also cutting down the mango trees.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 9 and 10 submits that the Additional District Magistrate and District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Malda is in siesin of the dispute, particularly with regard to the mutation case so filed by the Enayetpur Kabarsthan Committee.

In view of the concerned department in siesin of the issue the police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or

any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 4891 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
