The writ petitioners are aggrieved that seven applications under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, are pending before the learned District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas.

Counsel for the State submits that those applications shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas is directed to dispose of the said pending two applications in respect of Ariyant Logistic Pvt. Ltd, two applications in respect of Mega Ply Centre and three applications in respect of Bijaya Drums Pvt. Ltd. received by the Office of the D. M. on 10.12.2021, 04.01.2022, 13.12.2021 respectively within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
