1. Report filed by the State, be kept with the records.

2. We find from the report that the petitioner's son requires a scheduled operation and not any emergency surgery. No date for the surgery has been fixed as yet. Hence, on the compassionate ground of health condition of the petitioner's son, we are not inclined to grant bail or interim bail to the petitioner.

3. Coming to the merits of the bail application, we find that there are eye-witnesses to the alleged incident of murder. They clearly implicate this petitioner as the person opening fire on the victim who died on the spot.

4. In view of such incriminating material, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. CRM (DB) 779 of 2025 is dismissed.

6. We make it clear that if and when the date for the petitioner's son's surgery is fixed, he may approach this Court for bail/interim bail on compassionate ground.
