The petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating the reason under what circumstances he was prevented from drawing the attention of the Court regarding a prayer for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the High Court at Orissa. The petitioner has also prayed for extension of interim order of bail. The copy of the same has been served upon Mrs. Debjani Ray, Learned Advocate on behalf of the Enforcement Directorate in the absence of Mr. Ranjay Roy. Matter be fixed on 31st March, 2022 under the same heading.
