The writ petitioner has been provided security. The petitioner has sought that the security cover be extended beyond the time specified.

This Court notes that charge sheet has already been filed on the complaint of the petitioner, and further enquiries have been made to consider the threat perception to the petitioner.

It is therefore ordered, that based on the result of the enquiry that the police are making in respect of the petitioner's security, appropriate modifications and changes may only be made thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
