Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that after purchasing property he intended to raise the construction which is being obstructed by the private respondent nos. 6 to 8.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no. 6 is present and opposes the contentions and submits that, the documents enclosed along with the writ petition do not satisfy the requirements, for which the writ petition has been preferred before this court.

It has also been submitted that a civil suit is pending between the parties, although there is no interim order in the said suit.

Petitioner has submitted his representation on or about 19.01.2023. Petitioner would furnish a fresh information before the police authorities since almost 1 year 11 months have passed since the information was furnished. Police authorities would act in accordance with law, if they find that the documents furnished are in proper manner and shape i.e. after compliance with all the statutory requirements.

If thereafter disturbance and obstruction is created, the police authorities will exercise their powers adhering to the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 4818 of 2023 is disposed of.
